Today’s quote is from Roy Disney, nephew of Walt Disney. Roy was a major shareholder and long-time board member of The Walt Disney Company.
Roy once stated:
“It’s not hard to make decisions when you know what your values are.”
What’s interesting about this quote is that Roy is best known for organizing the ousting of two top Disney executives, including Michael Eisner in 2005.
Roy took on some really BIG challenges.
But clearly, he knew his values – which give him the confidence to move forward with some tough decisions even if he was to stand-alone.
So… maybe you’re facing some hard decisions.
They will be easier to make if you first clarify your values.
