Asking Difficult Questions

Asking Difficult Questions

You know something is not right.

Issues need to be addressed before the problems only get worse.

Yet, you hesitate to ask the difficult questions.

What are you afraid of?

  • Falling out of favor?
  • Losing a friendship?
  • Looking foolish?
  • Being wrong?

Here’s the thing: It’s all in how you ask the question.

When you approach an issue or subject with objectivity, you can’t go wrong.

Objectivity = undistorted by emotion or personal bias; based on observable phenomena.

So go ahead. Ask the difficult question.

Maybe everyone is just waiting for you to ask.
